Common use of Names and Places of Business Clause in Contracts

Names and Places of Business. No Restricted Person has, during the preceding five years, had, been known by, or used any other trade or fictitious name, except as disclosed in the Disclosure Schedule or otherwise disclosed to Administrative Agent in writing. Except as otherwise indicated in the Disclosure Schedule or otherwise disclosed to Administrative Agent in writing, the chief executive office and principal place of business of each Restricted Person are (and for the preceding five years have been) located at the address of Borrower set out in Section 10.3. Except as indicated in the Disclosure Schedule or otherwise disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent, no Restricted Person has any other office or place of business.

Except as indicated in Section 7.13 of the Disclosure Schedule or otherwise disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent, no Restricted Person has any other office or place of business.
