Except as otherwise indicated in the Disclosure Schedule, the chief executive office and principal place of business of Borrower are (and for the preceding five years have been) located at the address of Borrower set out in the signature pages hereto. Except as indicated in the Disclosure Schedule, Borrower has no other office or place of business.
