Common use of Names and Places of Business Clause in Contracts

Names and Places of Business. No Loan Party has, during the preceding five years, had, been known by, or used any other trade or fictitious name, except as disclosed in Schedule 5.19 or otherwise disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer and the Lenders. Except as otherwise indicated in Schedule 5.19 or otherwise disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer and the Lenders, the chief executive office and principal place of business of each Loan Party (a) are located at the address of the Borrower set out in Schedule 10.02; (b) with respect to all Loan Parties, have been located at the address of the Borrower set out in Section 10.02 since the dates of initial formation of such Loan Parties. Except as indicated in Schedule 5.19 or otherwise disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent, no Loan Party has any other office or place of business.
