Names and Places of Business. The Company has not, during the preceding five years, had, been known by, or used any other trade or fictitious name, except as disclosed in the Disclosure Schedule. Except as otherwise indicated in the Disclosure Schedule, the chief executive office and principal place of business of the Company is (and for the preceding years has been) located at the address of the Company set out on the signature pages hereto. Except as indicated in the Disclosure Schedule, the Company does not have any other office or place of business.
