Common use of Names and Trade Names Clause in Contracts

Names and Trade Names. Borrower’s name since the date five years prior to the date hereof has always been as set forth on the first page of this Agreement and since the date five years prior to the date hereof, Borrower has used no trade names, assumed names, fictitious names or division names in the operation of its business, except as set forth on Schedule 11(j) hereto.
