NAMES OF MEMBERS; INITIAL CAPITAL CONTRIBUTIONS. As of the date of this Agreement, each Member has contributed in cash to the capital of the Company the full amount of its Initial Capital Contribution as specified in Schedule 3.2 attached hereto, in return for which the Member shall receive the number of Membership Units indicated opposite such Member's name on Schedule 3.2 attached hereto.
