Names under which Each Company Conducts its Business. No Company conducts its business under any other name(s) other than as set forth opposite its name on Schedule IV hereto and such Company will not conduct business under any other name(s) (other than the names set forth opposite its name on Schedule IV hereto) without (i) providing the Collateral Agent and the Administrative Agent with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of such name and the location of where such business will be conducted under such name and (ii) complying with any and all requests made by the Collateral Agent pursuant to §3.7 hereof.
