Naming Subcontractors. In accordance with section 67-2310, Idaho Code commonly known as the naming law, the names and addresses of the entities who will perform the plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and electrical work on the project shall be provided by the CM/GC to the Owner. A document in the form of Exhibit E shall be completed and submitted upon execution of this Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment and those subcontractors named therein shall match those subcontractors actually utilized by the CM/GC, unless agreed to in writing by the Owner.
