Napo Responsibilities. Napo will be responsible for collecting and forwarding to Salix any Serious Adverse Events or reports of pregnancy occurring in Napo sponsored or Napo conducted clinical trials. Napo will be responsible for conducting follow-up activities for these reports and all follow-up information should also be forwarded to Salix.
