Common use of Nasdaq and TASE Clause in Contracts

The outstanding ADSs are listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market and the ADSs being sold hereunder by the Company have been approved for listing, subject only to official notice of issuance, on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The outstanding Ordinary Shares are listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and, on the Initial Closing Date, the Underlying Shares shall be approved for listing, subject only to official notice of issuance, on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
