NASDAQ Global Market Quotation. The Company will use its best efforts to maintain the quotation of the Public Securities on the NASDAQ Global Market or a national securities exchange acceptable to the Representative for a period of at least five (5) years from the date of this Agreement, unless the Company fails to consummate a Business Combination and is required to liquidate its assets pursuant to its Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association.
