Common use of Nasdaq Listing Application Clause in Contracts

Nasdaq Listing Application. (i) ListCo shall have remained continuously listed on Nasdaq, (ii) ListCo’s initial listing application with Nasdaq in connection with the Transactions shall have been approved, and (iii) it shall have been reasonably expected that immediately following the Closing, ListCo will satisfy any applicable initial listing requirements of Nasdaq.
