National Parks Clause Samples
The NATIONAL PARKS clause establishes rules and restrictions regarding activities, land use, or operations within areas designated as national parks. Typically, this clause outlines compliance requirements with federal or local regulations, such as prohibiting certain types of development, resource extraction, or commercial activities within park boundaries. Its core function is to ensure that contractual parties respect the protected status of national parks, thereby preserving natural resources and preventing legal violations related to these sensitive areas.
