National Voter Registration Act. The Subcontractor shall comply with the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) of 1993, Pub. L. 103-31 (1993), Sections 97.021 and 97.058 F.S., and Rule 1S-2.048 F.A.C., in accordance with NVRA Guidance, which is incorporated herein by reference, may be located at: As a Voter Registration Agency (VRA), the Subcontractor must provide individuals served with an opportunity to register to vote or update their voter registration at the time of admission or change of address. This duty is incumbent on each Subcontractor. Compliance with this requirement shall include, but is not limited to, the following: a.
