Common use of Nations People Clause in Contracts

Nations People. 6.1 The Employer, Employees and the Union recognise the First Nations People in the State of Victoria as the Traditional Owners of the Land. 6.2 The Employer will ensure that an acknowledgement of Traditional Owners of the Land will be made on every Project.
