Common use of NationsBank of Texas, N Clause in Contracts

NationsBank of Texas, N. A. and Affiliates. With respect to its Commitment, its Advances, and any Loan Papers, NationsBank of Texas, N. A. has the same Rights under this Agreement as any other Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not Administrative Agent. NationsBank of Texas, N.A. and its Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to, act as trustee under indentures of, and generally engage in any kind of business with, Company or any Subsidiary of Company, any Affiliate thereof, and any Person who may do business therewith, all as if NationsBank of Texas, N.A. were not Administrative Agent and without any duty to account therefor to any Lender.
