Common use of Natural Force Majeure Events Clause in Contracts

Natural Force Majeure Events. (a) Natural Force Majeure Events shall include an Act of God, including, but not limited to lightning, drought, fire and explosion (to the extent originating from a source external to the Site), earthquake, volcanic eruption, landslide, cyclone (wind speed above 280 km/hr) and flood on a level that exceeds the design criteria of the Facility and of the CEB System.
