NATURE AND RANKING OF TRUST UNITS. (a) The beneficial interests in the Trust shall be divided into interests of one class, described and designated as Trust Units, which shall be entitled to the rights and subject to the limitations, restrictions and conditions set out herein; and the interest of each Unitholder shall be determined by the number of Trust Units registered in the name of the Unitholder.
