Common use of Nature of Business; No International Operations Clause in Contracts

Nature of Business; No International Operations. The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of the Restricted Subsidiaries to engage in any business other than the Oil and Gas Business. Except for expenses in the ordinary course of business as to the properties described on Schedule 9.06, from and after the date hereof, the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries will not acquire or make any other expenditure (whether such expenditure is capital, operating or otherwise) in or related to, any Oil and Gas Properties not located within the geographical boundaries of the United States of America or in the offshore federal waters of the United States of America and they will not form or acquire any Restricted Subsidiaries that are Foreign Subsidiaries.
