Common use of Nature of Fees Clause in Contracts

Nature of Fees. All Fees shall be paid on the dates due, in immediately available funds, to the Paying Agent for the respective accounts of the Paying Agent and the Lenders, as provided herein and approved in the Interim Order. Once paid, none of the Fees shall be refundable under any circumstances.
