Nature of Guaranty; Termination. (A) This Guaranty is a continuing guaranty of the Obligations, independent of and in addition to any other guaranty, collateral, or other agreement held by the Secured Party for the Obligations or any part thereof, whether executed or granted by the Guarantor or otherwise. The liability of the Guarantor hereunder shall be absolute and unconditional irrespective of, and the Guarantor waives any defense which might otherwise arise as a result of, any of the following:
