Nature of Members’ Interests. The interests of the Members in the Company are personal property for all purposes. All property owned by the Company, whether real or personal, tangible or intangible, shall be owned by the Company as an entity, and no Member shall have any direct ownership of all or any portion of such property or any right to use such property for any purpose other than a purpose of the Company.
