Nature of Obligations of Borrowers. It is the intent of the parties hereto that the Borrowers shall be jointly and severally obligated hereunder and under the notes executed and delivered by the Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.08(d), as co-Borrowers under this Agreement and as co-makers on such notes, in respect of the principal of and interest on, and all other amounts owing in respect of, the Loans and such notes.
