Nature of Obligations. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until each and every one of the PILOT Obligations shall have been irrevocably paid in full and all other obligations of the Obligor under this Agreement shall have been paid and performed in full. If the Obligor consists of more than one (1) Person, the obligations of the Obligor under this Agreement shall be joint and several.
