Common use of Nature of Pledgors’ Obligations Clause in Contracts

Nature of Pledgors’ Obligations. (a) The Pledgor’s obligations under this Agreement are independent of any obligation of the Obligors or any other person. (b) A separate action or actions may be brought and prosecuted against the Pledgor under this Agreement. (c) The Collateral Agent may enforce its rights under this Agreement, whether or not any action is brought or prosecuted against the Obligors or any other person and whether or not the Obligors or any other person is joined in any action under this Agreement.
