Common use of Nature of Proposal Clause in Contracts

Nature of Proposal. Any action approved at a meeting, other than by unanimous approval of those entitled to vote, shall be valid only if the general nature of the proposal so approved was stated in the notice of meeting (or at the previous meeting) or in any written waiver of notice.
