Common use of Nature of Receivables Clause in Contracts

Nature of Receivables. Each Receivable (x) represented by the Transferor or the Collection Agent to be an Eligible Receivable (including in any Settlement Statement or other report delivered pursuant to Section 2.12 hereof) or (y) included in the calculation of the Net Receivables Balance in fact satisfies at such time the definition of "Eligible Receivable."

Nature of Receivables. Each Receivable (x) represented by the Transferor or the Collection Agent to be an Eligible Receivable (including in any Settlement Statement Monthly Report, Weekly Report or other report delivered pursuant to Section 2.12 2.11 hereof) or (y) included in the calculation of the Net Receivables Balance Balance, in fact satisfies at such time each case meets the requirements of the definition of "“Eligible Receivable” as of the date of such representation or inclusion, as applicable."

Nature of Receivables. Each Receivable (x) represented treated by the Transferor or the Collection Agent to be as an Eligible Receivable (including including, without limitation, in any Settlement Statement Investor Report or other report delivered pursuant to Section 2.12 hereof) 2.11 hereof or (y) included in the calculation of the Net Receivables Balance Balance) is in fact satisfies at such time the definition of "an Eligible Receivable."
