Nature of Remedies Cumulative. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all rights and remedies granted in this Agreement or available under applicable law shall be deemed concurrent and cumulative and not alternative or exclusive remedies, to the full extent permitted by law and this Agreement, and any party may proceed with any number of remedies at the same time or in any order. The exercise of any one right or remedy shall not be deemed a waiver or release of any other right or remedy, and any party, upon the occurrence of an event of default by another party under this Agreement, may proceed at any time, under any agreement, in any order and with any available remedy.
