Common use of Nature of Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Nature of Representations and Warranties. The representations and warranties set out in this Agreement or deemed to be made pursuant hereto shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the making of each Drawdown, notwithstanding any investigations or examinations which may be made by the Agent, the Lenders or Lenders’ Counsel. Such representations and warranties shall survive until this Agreement has been terminated, provided that the representations and warranties relating to environmental matters shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Nature of Representations and Warranties. The representations and warranties set out in this Agreement Agreement, or deemed to be made pursuant hereto hereto, shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the making of each Drawdown, Conversion and Rollover hereunder, notwithstanding any investigations or examinations which may be made by the Agent, the Lenders or Lenders’ Counseltheir legal counsel. Such representations and warranties shall survive until this Agreement has been terminated, provided that terminated and all Loan Indebtedness then owing by the representations and warranties relating to environmental matters shall survive the termination of this AgreementBorrower hereunder have been repaid in full.

Such representations and warranties shall survive until this Agreement has been terminated, provided that the representations and warranties relating to environmental matters shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

The representations and warranties set out in this Agreement or deemed to be made pursuant hereto shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the making of each DrawdownAgreement, notwithstanding any investigations or examinations which may be made by the Agent, the Lenders or Lenders’ Counselcounsel. Such representations and warranties shall survive until this Agreement has been terminated, provided that the representations and warranties relating to environmental matters shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
