Nature of Representations and Warranties. The representations and warranties set out in this Guarantee or deemed to be made pursuant hereto shall survive the execution and delivery of this Guarantee notwithstanding any investigations or examinations which may be made by the Beneficiaries or Beneficiaries’ Counsel. Such representations and warranties shall survive until this Guarantee has been terminated.
