(a) Each Party shall provide or arrange for specific, firm Capacity Resources that are capable of supplying the energy requirements of its own load on a firm basis without interruption for economic conditions and with such other characteristics that are necessary to support the reliable operation of the PJM West Region, as set forth in more detail in Schedules 9 and 10.
