Common use of Nature of Secured Parties' Rights Clause in Contracts

Nature of Secured Parties' Rights. All of the Secured Parties shall be bound by any instruction or direction given by the Required Lenders or Requisite Secured Parties, as applicable, pursuant to this Article II.
