Common use of Nature of Sellers’ Obligations Clause in Contracts

Nature of Sellers’ Obligations. All representations, warranties, and covenants of Sellers in this Agreement are joint and several obligations. This means that each Seller shall be responsible to the extent provided in Section 8(b)(i) above for the entirety of any Adverse Consequences any Buyer Indemnitee may suffer as a result of any breach or inaccuracy thereof.

Nature of Sellers’ Obligations. All (i) The representations, warranties, and covenants of Sellers in this Agreement are joint and several obligations. This means that each Seller shall be responsible to the extent provided in Section 8(b)(i) §8 above for the entirety of any Adverse Consequences any Buyer Indemnitee may suffer as a result of any breach or inaccuracy thereof.

Nature of Sellers’ Obligations. All Other than the representations and warranties contained in Section 3.1, the representations, warranties, and covenants of Sellers in this Agreement are joint and several obligations. This means that that, subject to the limitations set forth in Sections 8.2(c) and (e), each Seller shall be responsible to the extent provided in Section 8(b)(iSections 8.2(a) and 8.2(b) above for the entirety of any Adverse Consequences any Losses suffered by Buyer Indemnitee may suffer as a result of any breach or inaccuracy thereof.
