Common use of Nature of the Agency Clause in Contracts

Nature of the Agency. Except as specifically set forth in Section 7 of this Agreement, this Agreement and the engagement of the Manager hereunder may not be terminated by the Company, which acknowledges that the Manager and its Affiliates have an on-going interest in the Company, its Containership business and the agency relationship created by this Agreement. The agency relationship created hereunder is an agency coupled with the interest of the Manager and its Affiliates as more fully described in the Recitals to this Agreement and the IPO Management Agreement.
