Common use of Nature of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Nature of this Agreement. The parties understand that: i) this agreement is a contract and not a real property lease, ii) the relationship hereunder is that of contracting parties and not that of landlord and tenant, and iii) this Agreement does not convey an interest in real estate. As such, the College reserves the right to change the location of the Facilities or to terminate this Agreement in accordance with the terms hereof.
