Common use of Nature of Trust Units Clause in Contracts

Nature of Trust Units. The nature of a Trust Unit and the relationship of a Unitholder to the Trustee and the relationship of one Unitholder to another is as described in Sections 2.4 and Subsection 2.5(c) and the provisions of this Article 11 shall not in any way alter the nature of Trust Units or the said relationships of a Unitholder to the Trustee and of one Unitholder to another, but are intended only to facilitate the issuance of certificates evidencing the beneficial ownership of Trust Units and the recording of all such transactions whether by the Trust, securities dealers, stock exchanges, transfer agents, registrars or other persons.
