NAV. Net Asset Value. The NAV per unit of an Option is calculated by dividing the Option’s net assets by the number of outstanding units on a given date. Non-Qualified Withdrawal: A Non-Qualified Withdrawal generally is any withdrawal from an Account that is not:  A Qualified Withdrawal; or  A Qualified Rollover. NRSRO: Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization. NYSE: New York Stock Exchange. Option: Any investment option available to Account Owners through the Tomorrow’s Scholar® 529 Plan. Program Description: This program description and participation agreement, including any supplements that may be issued from time to time. Program Manager: Voya Funds Services, LLC; Voya Investments Distributor, LLC; and certain affiliates which collectively provide management, administration, distribution, recordkeeping, and certain administrative services to the Tomorrow’s Scholar® 529 Plan.
