NAVIGATIONAL AIDS. The Company shall install in such location or locations within the Development Area such navigational aids approved of by the Minister for Transport as to design, specification and location, as may be reasonably required by the Minister for Transport for safe navigation into and from the Harbour, and shall transfer to and vest in the Minister for Transport all such navigational aids and, where such navigational aids are land based, the land upon which they stand if it is owned by the Company, and provide a right of way over such portions of land owned or leased by the Company abutting in the vicinity of that area or those areas as is necessary to allow the Minister for Transport access to any such land based navigational aid, and shall allow any leasehold land upon which such land based navigational aids are based to be excised from any lease held by the Company as lessee, at no cost to the State or any instrumentality or authority of the State.
NAVIGATIONAL AIDS. The right to install, maintain and modify and/or permit others to install, maintain and modify on the Premises visual and electronic navigational aids.
NAVIGATIONAL AIDS. Except for instrument landing systems acquired with the AIP (block grant) funds and later donated to and accepted by the FAA, the Sponsor must provide for the continuous operation and maintenance of any navigational aid funded under the AIP (block grant) program during the useful life of the equipment. The Sponsor must check the facility, including instrument landing systems, prior to commissioning to ensure it meets operational standards. The Sponsor must also remove, relocate, or lower each obstruction on the approach or provide for the adequate lighting or marking of the obstruction if any aeronautical study conducted under Federal Aviation Regulation Part 77 determines that to be acceptable; and mark and light the runway, as appropriate. The FAA will not take over the ownership, operation, or maintenance of any Sponsor-acquired equipment, except for instrument landing systems.
NAVIGATIONAL AIDS. The User must not move, remove, obscure, alter, paint or otherwise change any marker or the location, function, colour, shape, appearance or utility of any buoy, navigational aid, lights, indicators or other objects in, about or adjoining the Common User Facility.
NAVIGATIONAL AIDS. Except for instrument landing systems acquired with the AIP (block grant) funds and later donated to and accepted by the FAA, the Sponsor must provide for the continuous operation and maintenance of any navigational aid funded under the AIP (block grant) program during the useful life of the equipment unless the equipment is transferred by agreement to the FAA in accordance with 49 USC § 44502(E). The Sponsor must check the facility, including instrument landing systems, prior to commissioning to ensure it meets the FAA’s standards. The Sponsor must also remove, relocate, lower, mark, or light each obstruction to obtain a clear approach as indicated in the 14 CFR Part 77 aeronautical survey.
NAVIGATIONAL AIDS. Lessor reserves the right during the term of this lease, during any renewal and/or extension or holdover period thereof to install air navigational aids including lighting, in, on, over, under, and across the Premises, subject to Tenant’s reasonable review and approval of same. In the exercise of any of the rights hereof, Lessor shall give Tenant no less than 90 days written notice of its intention to install such air navigational aids and shall negotiate in good faith with Tenant as to the location and operation of same. In no event may the navigational aids disturb or interfere with the operation of the Hotel, and if they do, it will be deemed a taking requiring compensation to Tenant. Following installation, Lessor is responsible for the maintenance and operation of such equipment in a manner that does not disturb or interfere with the operation of the business on the Premises.

NAVIGATIONAL AIDS. With a view to maintaining and improving the safety of navigation through the waters in the area between the two countries, the Parties shall cooperate and, with due regard to the technical and other means available to each of them, shall, where appropriate and as may be agreed between them, provide mutual assistance in the provision and maintenance of navigational aids and in the preparation of charts and maps.
