NCEMS-operator to submit statistics Clause Samples

NCEMS-operator to submit statistics. The NCEMS-operator shall provide the statistics kept in terms of this clause to the Board on a monthly basis, within 7 (seven) days of the end of the month to which the statistics relate. The Board may publish the statistics kept in terms of this clause.
