NCPA System Reliability. NCPA or the MSSAA Members, as applicable, shall be solely responsible for maintaining the reliability of electric service to their respective customers in NCPA’s System in accordance with Applicable Reliability Criteria, WECC and NERC Reliability Standards and requirements as specified in Section 3.2.2, regulatory requirements, and Good Utility Practice, subject to the responsibilities of the CAISO as the Balancing Authority for the Balancing Authority Area in which NCPA’s System is located. SVP’s comparable obligations are addressed in the SVP MSS Agreement.
