Near Video On Demand Rights. The right to make available the Broadcast Programme(s) on a temporary basis only to the public on a "per Programme" basis by any Distribution System(s), which Programme(s) is transmitted sufficiently frequently at times scheduled by the exhibitor on a number of channels to offer viewers a number of alternative commencement times to view such Programme(s), whether or not a supplemental charge (over and above any Basic Charges) is made to the viewer for the privilege of viewing such Programme(s), and whether or not such Programme(s) as so transmitted are required and/or permitted to be recorded to the viewer's individual authorised reception equipment prior to their exhibition, but excluding the VOD Rights, the Linear Loop Rights and the Catch Up TV Rights.
