Necessary Documents. As of the Execution Date, Owner has provided to O&M Contractor or O&M Contractor otherwise has copies of all Project Agreements (including amendments, supplements, and exhibits) necessary for O&M Contractor to perform the Services. After the Execution Date, Owner shall provide O&M Contractor with any further amendments or supplements to the Project Agreements necessary for O&M Contractor to perform the Services; provided that such further amendments or supplements shall not impact O&M Contractor’s cost or ability to perform the Services as agreed in this Agreement.
