Common use of Necessary Service Interruptions Clause in Contracts

Necessary Service Interruptions. Landlord shall have the right, upon reasonable prior notice to Tenant, to interrupt or turn off Electronic Services facilities in the event of emergency or as necessary in connection with maintenance, repairs or construction at the Building or installation of Electronic Services equipment for other Tenants of the Building or on account of violation by the Electronic Services Provider or owner of the Electronic Services equipment of any obligation to Landlord or in the event that Tenant's use of the Electronic Services infrastructure of the Building materially interferes with the Electronic Services of other tenants of the Building.

Necessary Service Interruptions. Landlord shall have the right, upon reasonable prior notice to Tenant, to interrupt or turn off Electronic Services facilities in the event of emergency or as necessary in connection with maintenance, repairs or construction at the Building or installation of Electronic Services equipment for other Tenants of the Building or on account of violation by the Electronic Services Provider or owner of the Electronic Services equipment of any obligation to Landlord or in the event that Tenant's ’s use of the Electronic Services infrastructure of the Building materially interferes with the Electronic Services of other tenants of the Building.

Landlord shall have the right, upon reasonable prior notice to Tenant, to interrupt or turn off Electronic Services telecommunications facilities in the event of emergency or as necessary in connection with maintenance, repairs or construction at to the Building or installation of Electronic Services telecommunications equipment for other Tenants of the Building or on account of violation by the Electronic Services Provider or owner of the Electronic Services equipment of any obligation to Landlord or in the event that Tenant's use of the Electronic Services infrastructure of the Building materially interferes with the Electronic Services of other tenants of the Building.

Landlord shall have the right, upon reasonable seventy-two hours’ prior notice to Tenant’s corporate facilities manager, to interrupt or turn off Electronic Services facilities in the event of emergency or as reasonably necessary in connection with maintenance, repairs or construction at the Building Project or installation of Electronic Services equipment for other Tenants of the Building Project or on account of violation by the Electronic Services Provider or owner of the Electronic Services equipment of any obligation to Landlord or in the event that Tenant's use of the Electronic Services infrastructure of the Building materially interferes with the Electronic Services of other tenants of the BuildingLandlord.

Landlord shall have the right, upon reasonable prior notice to Tenant, to interrupt or turn off Electronic Services facilities in the event of emergency or as necessary in connection with maintenance, maintenance or repairs or construction at the Building or installation of Electronic Services equipment for other Tenants of the Building or on account of violation by the Electronic Services Provider or owner of the Electronic Services equipment of any obligation to Landlord. Landlord or will give reasonable prior notice to Tenant in the event that Tenant's use of the Landlord’s scheduled service interruptions for Electronic Services infrastructure of the Building materially interferes with the Electronic Services of other tenants of the Buildingand shall use commercially reasonable efforts to schedule such interruptions at a time reasonably acceptable to Tenant.

The costs incurred by Landlord in connection with such interruption or turning off of Electronic Services will be borne by Landlord (unless and except to the extent that the same may be included in Expenses) unless such interruption or turning off of Electronic Services is necessary or appropriate due to any breach or default by Tenant or its Electronic Services provider.
