Common use of Necessitated Revision Clause in Contracts

Necessitated Revision. If a state or federal law is enacted covering members of the unit affecting one or more provision(s) of this Agreement, the parties agree to meet as soon as practicable but no later than one (1) year after the effective date for the purpose of negotiating a substitute provision, if necessary.
