Necessity For Signed Writing. No act, omission or course of dealing shall alter the requirement that change orders shall be in writing and signed by the Owner, and that change orders are the exclusive method for effecting any adjustment to compensation or applicable schedules. The General Contractor understands and agrees, on behalf of itself and its subcontractors and suppliers, that neither compensation nor applicable schedules can be changed by implication, oral agreement, or unwritten change order.
