Need for Additional Services. 6.1.1 It is agreed and accepted by both Parties that during the term of this Agreement, business needs might change which might also require amendments to the existing Services, Systems and/or to this Agreement: Additional Services and/or Systems functionalities may be required; certain Services and/or Systems may not be required any longer.
6.1.2 Drakenstein may, at its sole discretion, appoint any third party to provide the envisioned additional service to it, or provide it internally.
