Negative Covenant; No Implied Licenses. Each Party covenants that, except to the extent Third Parties generally are lawfully permitted to do so without a granted license from or other contractual right with the other Party, it shall not use or practice any of the other Party’s intellectual property rights licensed to it under this Article except for the purposes expressly permitted in the applicable license grant. Except as explicitly set forth in this Agreement, neither Party grants any license, express or implied, under its intellectual property rights to the other Party.
