Borrower shall not violate or permit to be violated any of the negative covenants set forth (a) in the Deed of Trust or in any other Loan Document, (b) in any document or instrument evidencing, securing, or executed in connection with the Revolving Receivables Loan, or (c) in any other document or instrument evidencing, securing, or executed in connection with any other Indebtedness.
