Negative Covenants of Master Servicer. From the date hereof until the Final Payout Date, CHR, individually and as Master Servicer shall not, without the prior written consent each Consent Party pursuant to Section 13.1, do or permit to occur any act or circumstance with which it (in its capacity as Master Servicer) has covenanted not to do or permit to occur in any Transaction Document to which it is a party in any capacity, or:
