Negative Covenants of the Canadian Borrower. So long as any Obligation is outstanding or any Credit Facility is available hereunder, the Canadian Borrower covenants and agrees with each of the Lenders and the Agent that, unless (subject to Section 16.10) a Majority of the Lenders otherwise consent in writing:
